Are you exhausted from feeling like you’re always swimming against the current? Do you experience pain through distressing thoughts and feel trapped in unhealthy relationship/life cycles? Relief can often be found in processing those thoughts and by understanding what keeps you bound in unhealthy cycles. This is a collaborative process where we work together to create a plan that will be specifically tailored to meet your needs.  My goal is for you to have a healthy thought life and in turn, experience relief from life’s pressures.

About Me

There is a plethora of activities that I enjoy, starting with playing the violin, piano, and singing. Fun fact: I tried out for American Idol the year that Carrie Underwood won. I enjoy sewing, baking cookies, creating charcuterie boards, and have newly become enthralled with wordle. Most recently, I have been enamored with my Lhasa Apso puppy named Bentley with the personality of Dennis the Menace.
